Our team will confirm the arrangements that apply to your order.
Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry or provisional quotation does not confirm an order. Please confirm the item, availability, price, tax, delivery charges, payment arrangements and estimated timing with our team before purchasing.
Special orders and deposits
Some pieces are ordered specifically for a customer and require a deposit. Deposits for applicable special orders may be non-refundable once the order is placed. Our team will confirm the terms for your piece before payment. This does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under law.
Changes and problems
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, or if an item arrives damaged. Special orders may be difficult to change once arranged. We will review your request and the terms agreed for your order.
Delivery
Delivery within Nairobi is free; request a quote for delivery outside Nairobi. Timing is an estimate unless otherwise agreed. Please confirm delivery, access and any assembly or installation arrangements with our team.
